Founded in 1992 by Mike Bukaty, Bukaty Companies is one of Kansas City’s top-ranked employee benefits and insurance brokerage firms. From its early beginnings as a two-person office, the business has grown to nearly 200 employees with three office locations representing thousands of clients across the country.
